How to Verify Yupoo Variants Before Parcel Consolidation

Check that each received item still matches its accepted colour, size and quantity before grouping several Yupoo purchases into one parcel instruction.

Identify the exact question

Combining received goods is a parcel decision; it does not resolve an uncertain variant. Start with accepted order lines and the handling service’s received references. One row should identify each separate size or colour, even when the products came from the same album.

Record the evidence

  • Map the seller album and approved option to each received ID.
  • Record received quantity separately from requested quantity.
  • Mark QC observations answered, pending or unavailable.
  • Identify any item that must not be included yet.

Decide what to send next

Only list confirmed received goods in the proposed parcel group. Ask the service which grouping and holding options it actually offers. Do not infer a match from photo arrival order, and do not let a copied service ID include an unresolved item by accident.

A concrete example

If two shirts share an album but have different sizes, give each received reference its own row. A parcel list containing only the album URL cannot tell the handler which size belongs in the shipment.
